The Ryugyong Hotel is a pyramid-shaped skyscraper that looks more like a giant missile. The Ryugyong Hotel first started construction in 1987 and was targeted to be completed in 1989. This hotel is the tallest building in North Korea with a height of 1,080 feet and located in Pyongyang, the capital city of North Korea.

But unfortunately, the hotel has never accommodated a single guest since it was built in 1987. It is because this hotel was never officially opened. There were rumors that the hotel was scheduled to make an inauguration, but it has always failed and been postponed until now.
