According to Greek mythology, Jason was the youngest son of King Aeson and Queen Alcimede, the rightful holder of the throne of Iolcus. His adventure began when Jason must accept the challenge from King Place to take the golden fleece that was placed in a region called Colchis. He agreed and departed in Argos boat with other Greek heroes who came to be called the Argonauts. The legend told that he fought a giant monster with six arms, passed the Mediterranean Seas, and more barriers on his adventure.
